Natasha Moine, RYT 200HR

Natasha Moine has been a student of yoga, nutrition and energy since 2004 when she fell in love with the possibility of feeling great in mind, body and soul. Natasha’s passion and purpose is to guide students to reconnect with their bodies through creative movement and breath. 

Natasha completed her 200 hour yoga teacher training in Ottawa in 2016 and has since completed an additional 35 hour vinyasa flow training and most recently a 75 hour Kula flow advanced teacher training in the United States. Kula flow is a style of vinyasa yoga with a strong emphasis on intelligent body alignment and creative sequencing. 

Experience a creative vinyasa class with Natasha and she will share with you this ancient healing art and all its powerful benefits. Yoga is ‘food for the soul’ and will not only strengthen your body and improve flexibility it will open your heart and leave you craving more.

Natasha’s yoga teachers include: Schuyler Grant, Kate Gillespie, Matt Phippen, Bernadette Kaye, Patricia Wall & Tracy Billows.

Natasha is also a holistic wellness coach offering programs and coaching on how to feel better in your own body naturally through mindset, movement and nutrition. When not in Ottawa where she resides during the summer months, Natasha hosts yoga retreats and training internationally and enjoys spending time with her 20 year old daughter.
