About Ebbio
Set in the rolling Tuscan hills, Ebbio is a restored 13th-century farmhouse created for retreats, rest, and connection. Family-run for over 35 years, it blends Italian tradition with sustainable, radical-chic comfort.
With eight charming bedrooms, peaceful indoor and outdoor practice spaces, and sweeping countryside views, Ebbio feels both grounding and luxurious. The farm is nearly 70% self-sufficient—growing its own vegetables, fruits, olives, lavender, and herbs—so meals are vibrant, seasonal, and truly farm-to-table.
Guests gather under the shaded pergola for meals, relax in sunlit lounges, and wander gardens filled with olive trees and lavender. It’s a place to slow down, savor, and experience the beauty of rural Tuscan life.

Meet Your Retreat Host
Hi, I’m Natasha. I’m in love with travel, yoga, natural health, embodiment practices, and EFT (tapping). One of my biggest dreams came true eight years ago when I became a certified yoga teacher and led my very first international yoga retreat. Since then, I’ve never looked back.
Guiding retreats around the world has become the most fulfilling expression of my work—a beautiful blend of movement, inner healing, meaningful connection, and adventure. Nothing brings me more joy than curating experiences that awaken the senses and nourish the soul.
Italy has always been a dream retreat destination for me. From the sun-dappled hills of Tuscany to the timeless charm of its farmhouses, I’ve long imagined creating a week where we could slow down, savor every moment, and immerse ourselves in its beauty, food, and culture. Tuscany invites presence, wonder, and deep restoration in a way that feels effortless and luxurious.
I can’t wait to be your teacher, guide, and companion on this journey. Whether you're coming to rest, reconnect, or reawaken a part of yourself, this retreat promises to be a transformative and unforgettable experience.
Accommodations
Ebbio is a restored 13th-century Tuscan farmhouse with eight sunlit bedrooms and seven bathrooms. Most rooms offer private ensuites, while two share a bathroom. Each space is thoughtfully designed with hand-picked décor, elegant touches, and views of olive groves or rolling hills.
Thick stone walls and terracotta floors keep the house naturally cool in summer and cozy in winter, with sustainable energy systems providing AC and heating only when needed.
Guests gather beneath the shaded pergola for farm-to-table meals made from Ebbio’s own organic produce. Between activities, unwind in sunlit lounges, quiet garden corners, or on the south-facing patio for sunrise sessions and sunset gatherings.
The property includes abundant gardens, olive trees, lavender fields, and a chestnut forest—an invitation to wander, savor, and soak in the beauty of rural Tuscany.
