I help women of any stage and any age move from comfort to courage. I educate all humans on the power of breath, cold and heat therapies.

What advice do you have for women who want to age naturally:

Getting the appropriate nourishment for your body and don’t over supplements: especially Vitamin C and Sea Buckthorn Oil.

If you could tell your younger self one thing that you know would have a BIG impact on the current version of you - what would it be?

The closest relationships you develop will define who you become, so choose wisely.
